Support & Belong
Mindfulness Plus is supported by Members & Friends. Generous giving empowers community service in support of our South Shore residents and enables us to offer programs at no cost.
Become a Member
The best way to support M+ is by joining as a Pledging Member.
Pledging Members commit to giving a fixed amount each month. Pledges can also be given 1x/annually, with contributions from Qualified Charitable Distribution and by Legacy Bequest. Everyone is invited to join M+ at whatever level they are able to give. Please let us know if you’d like to learn more about M+’s sustainability and how your pledge supports what we do.
Our membership year runs from June 1 - May 31. You may become an M+ Member at any time during the year.
Pledging Members help ensure that M+ can offer most of its services and programs at no up-front cost and that no one will be turned away, from any activity, because of financial considerations. Pledging Members can also participate in Workshops & Retreats at reduced Member Rates. Perhaps most importantly, pledging members support robust and meaningful community service programming that makes a direct and positive impact across the South Shore.
M+ operates as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) status pending federal approval. Contributions are tax-deductible.
Grateful Giving
M+ welcomes gifts given in gratitude.
M+ Volunteers engage in community service because it feels good to give to others. The generosity of Pledging Members enables us to organize and provide diverse supports — recorded storytelling opportunities, Companionship & Respite care, the Living with Loss Community Support Group — at no cost to those who receive. M+ Members empower us to offer most of our programs at no cost.
We are neighbors helping neighbors. We share our time and energy with no expectation of receiving anything in return.
We also recognize the wish to express gratitude, and to share in extending to others the help one has received. Thank you for generously supporting the services we provide to our community.
