Our Weekly Gatherings
-

Living With Loss Support Group
Tuesdays, 7:00–8:30 PM | Hingham Heritage Museum (34 Main St, Hingham, MA)
A welcoming, drop-in space to reflect, share, and connect while navigating loss - whether it’s the death of a loved one, aging parents, parenting challenges, or the everyday stresses of life. Facilitated by Jonathan Pierce and Megan Hansen, this free group blends mindfulness, compassionate listening, and practical self-care ideas. Come once, come weekly, or drop in as it works for you - no registration required.

Friday Reflection
Fridays, 9:30–11:00 AM | Beechwood Meeting House (71 Aaron River Road, Cohasset, MA)
A weekly gathering for M+ members and friends. Each 90-minute session unfolds in three parts: a guided mindfulness meditation, mindful sharing in a safe, non-judgmental space, and open conversation about our lives, communities, and the world around us. Speaking is always optional, and what is shared in practice stays in practice. This non-religious, welcoming space invites participants to pause, reflect, and explore ways to live more intentionally while connecting with others. Come weekly or as your schedule allows.

Sunday Reflection
Sundays, 10:00–11:00 AM | Cohasset Lightkeeper’s House (15 Lighthouse Lane, Cohasset, MA)
Sunday Reflection invites participants to experience a welcoming, non-religious spiritual community through shared mindfulness practice, music, and storytelling. Each session includes guided mindfulness, thoughtful reflections, and opportunities to hold loving kindness for the people, places, and events in our lives. Participants will enjoy music, poetry, and meaningful texts, with prompts from Jonathan Pierce, M+’s Lead Organizer, to reflect on living mindfully and compassionately in the world. Open to all, whether new to mindfulness or experienced, faith-oriented or non-practicing.
